Please note that:

• Please, give us a call (843)474-9997 or email us here.
• If you have a digital copy of your dog’s current vaccine records,(Rabies, Distemper/DHLPP, Bordetella/Kennel Cough and we strongly recommend getting the  Canine Influenza Vaccine) you may attach a digital file by clicking the “Choose File” box below.
• If you have a paper copy of your dog’s vaccine records, you can snap a photo of it with your phone and email them to cooldogcountryclub@gmail.com.
• If you don’t have your records handy, no problem.  Email us using the template here. Please, include the name of the clinic you use, their phone number, your dog’s name and breed, along with the human’s name on the file. We will be glad to call and fetch the information we need for you. 
• Tours are welcomed.  Just call us and let us know you when you are coming by.  Please, check our hours.
